Time Warner Cable is teaming up with the Boys Scouts to help Goodwill
Packs, Troops and Crews will organize a drive of their choice; within families, neighborhoods, or at their Chartered Organization to collect goods and turn in items to any Goodwill location from October 6 through November 4. Specific donation receipts were created to tally points. Points will be awarded in varying levels to bags, boxes and specialty items. The top four units win! First prize wins a party at Sky Zone hosted by Buffalo Bill kicker Rian Lindell on a date TBD. The next top three troops will also receive a pizza party.
Point System:
- Small Bag (Grocery) of Clothing: 10
- Large Bag (Garbage Bag) of Clothing: 30
- Small household appliances: 10
- Box of housewares: 10
- Furniture: 10
- Computers/box of computer accessories: 10
- Box of toys and games: 10
- Bicycles/ box of sporting goods: 10
