With the exception of optional background checks and drug screening, you’ll never be charged for any recruitment or placement service, including post-hire follow-ups. You can also convert a Goodwill temp to a permanent employee of your business at any time without incurring a fee. If you hire through Goodwill, you may be eligible for government incentives. We’ll gladly assist with information on eligibility and, if needed, integration of the employee into your existing workforce.
