Several options are available to you when you contract the services of our skilled workers, including long-term staffing, temp-to-hire, direct hire and follow-up services. We also provide complete information on hiring and tax incentives, wage reimbursements and compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

With the exception of optional background checks and drug screening, you’ll never be charged for any recruitment or placement service, including post-hire follow-ups. You can also convert a GoodWorks temp to a permanent employee of your business at any time without incurring a fee. And if you hire a GoodWorks graduate, you may be eligible for government incentives.
