Goodwill offers high-quality programs that help people develop occupational skills and find jobs.
We assist people in need to achieve meaningful employment and personal independence.
Goodwill is committed to helping people make the transition from unemployment or underemployment to competitive employment. The first step in that process is Career Awareness. This process identifies skills, abilities and possible vocational outcomes. The Career Awareness staff encourages participants to make vocational decisions using knowledge gained from review of vocational and occupational standards, testing, and worksite evaluations.
