Goodwill shoppers and donors can make a difference this May to help those in need of nutritious food by dropping off non-perishable items at Goodwill’s nine retail locations and 15 donation sites throughout Western New York.
From May 1-27, Goodwill patrons and donors who bring in any non-perishable food item will receive a $5-off coupon for their next Goodwill Store purchase of $15 or more.
Donated food from Erie County will go to Urban Opportunities, which assists 850 individuals per month. Food donated at Goodwill’s Lockport Center will stay in Niagara County and be distributed by the Food Bank’s Niagara County distribution center and member agency, The Niagara Community Action Program.
