Goodwill Partners with Computers For ChildrenJune 27, 2012 | ||||||

Goodwill has partnered with Computers for Children to sell refurbished laptops and desktops to its customers. Since 1997, Computers for Children has sold refurbished computers to the general public to help support their mission of providing access to technology. All the computers will be at least a Pentium 4 desktop or laptop running Windows XP. Desktop pc's include a flat panel monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers. All computers will come with free anti-virus protection, Open Office productivity suite and a 60 day warranty. Desktop prices will start at $149.00, and laptops at $179.00. Computers will currently be available at City Mission's store in Cheektowaga, and Goodwill's stores in Buffalo, Hamburg, Tonawanda, and Lockport.
