Career Exploration
This service helps determine the readiness of consumers for employment and training and helps target areas in which they might excel. We also identify community resources to help those who are ready for immediate placement. Contact Dawn Cody for more information.

Workforce Readiness Training
This service is a placement program designed to address the needs of individuals in the areas of Career Development, Job Search Placement and Employment Retention skills to obtain and maintain employment. Contact Rob Palasewski for more information.

Employment Services
This program is designed to assist individuals in choosing, obtaining and maintaining competitive employment that closely matches their skills and aptitudes within the field of their vocational interest.

Sheltered Employment
This service offers a level of work involvement that can accommodate the abilities, needs, and limitations of individuals with more severe or multiple disabilities who might have difficulty adapting to competitive job demands or who might require extended work preparation to achieve such a goal.

Employee Assistance Services
This service provides assessment, referrals and linkage for individuals who are facing challenges that threaten employment retention and family stability.

GED/Distance Learning
This program provides on-site GED preparation and testing as well as on-line access to occupational training and college courses.

Insurance Rehabilitation
This specialized service provides assessment, training and employment services to individuals who are recovering from a work related injury and wish to re-enter the labor force.

Facility Based Transitional Training
