We are proud to announce that the Economic Development Group, a non-profit comprised of Goodwill of Western New York, the Buffalo Niagara Manufacturing Alliance, Catholic Charities of Buffalo, NY and the Buffalo Urban League, was named the operator of the new Workforce Training Center (WTC) to be located on Northland Avenue.The WTC will train workers for jobs in the advanced manufacturing and utilities industries enabling manufacturers to maintain or grow their workforce.

The Franciscan Ministries of Buffalo needed to relocate its food pantry due to the impending sale of the St. Patrick Friary. To continue to accommodate their clients and serve individuals and families in need, the Food Bank of Western New York spearheaded a move to Goodwill's agency headquarters. What a true community partnership!


The pantry is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Rockville, MD — As many Americans continue to search for employment, Goodwill and the Ad Council have launched new public service advertisements (PSAs) that encourage donations to Goodwill by showing the direct link between the donation of used clothing and household items to job creation in local communities.
