Goodwill of Western New York has partnered with The Junkluggers to provide donors with a convenient way to donate large and multiple items. This fee-based service will remove items from anywhere on your property within 72 hours. It’s a great way to support Goodwill’s mission of helping others in our community - and the environment.

Remember - you can always drop off items free of charge at any of our attended donation sites where we will assist in unloading your vehicle. Click here to see a list of our sites and hours.

How it Works

  1. Click the "Schedule My Pickup" button below or call 1-716-333-8787.

  2. If using the online scheduling service, a Junkluggers scheduler will contact you within one business day to discuss the details of your pick up. Most items will be picked up within three business days.

  3. At the scheduled time, a professional Junkuggers team will arrive at your home or business to remove the items you would like to donate.

  4. All picked up items will be brought to one of Goodwill of Western New York's donation centers where it will be sold to support Workforce Development programs right here in Western New York.

  5. All items not suitable for donation will be recycled whenever possible minimizing their environmental impact.

  6. If requested, a donation receipt will be mailed to you within 5-10 business days.

How much does it cost?

The Junkluggers is offering a discounted rate to customers seeking to donate items to Goodwill of Western New York. These prices may not be reflected if booking a pickup online.

  • $80 for one item (Use the promo code GW1)

  • $120 for two items (Use the promo code GW2)

  • $160 for three items​ (Use the promo code GW3)

  • For any donation of more than 3 items, you will receive 10% off of their standard volume pricing. (Use the promo code GW10)

 

If you speak to Junkluggers by phone, be sure to mention Goodwill of Western New York to receive the discount.​
