All of our stores are now reopened. We have implemented policies and made changes to make your shopping experience a safe one.
We have occupancy limits in place at our stores, have installed plexiglass shields at our cash register areas, temporarily closed our rest rooms, and changed some of our sales/discounts to comply with social distancing.
Please note that our shopping hours have changed. Our stores will be open from 10:30 am - 6:00 pm seven days a week. Our 1119 William Street store will be open from 9:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Saturday.
Our attended donation trailer sites found in many of the Tops Markets parking lots are now temporarily closed. Attended donation centers at our retail stores will remain open during store hours. Hours are 10:30 am – 6:00 pm seven days a week. Please do not donate when the attended donation centers are closed.
We offer two no-contact options to donate. Donors can "pop the trunk" and the attendant will remove donations from the vehicle, or donors can choose to self-serve and place their gently used, sellable items into the bin provided by the attendant.
We're asking donors to please be mindful of our anticipated volume, what we are able to accept and place on our sales floor, and what we must say "no thank you" to. Please refer to our donation guidelines,
