Goodwill of Western New York celebrated its 25th Annual Pathways to Success Achievement Awards at The Powerhouse at Color Park in Buffalo. More than 350 guests gathered for an inspiring evening recognizing individuals and community and business partners whose achievements, dedication, and support exemplify Goodwill’s of Western New Yorks mission of empowering people to reach their fullest potential through the power of work.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the Goodwill of Western New York President’s Award to Tops Friendly Markets, recognizing a decades-long partnership that has made an extraordinary impact on Goodwill and the communities we serve. Over the years, Tops has helped generate millions of pounds of donations, contributed hundreds of thousands of dollars to support workforce development programs, and provided invaluable leadership through team members who have served continuously on Goodwill of Western New York’s Board of Directors for more than two decades. Their guidance, expertise, generosity, and steadfast support have played an immeasurable role in helping Goodwill grow into the organization it is today.

We are grateful to our sponsors, partners, and supporters who made this memorable evening possible and who continue to advance our mission of helping people reach their full potential through learning and the power of work.

Special thanks to The Powerhouse at Color Park for hosting the celebration, Rich’s Catering for catering the evening, the Lance Tanner Duo for providing entertainment, Tom Wolf Imaging for capturing the evening through photography, and our dedicated Event Committee for helping bring this special celebration to life.
